The Lake Villa
Tucked along a sheltered stretch of East Grand Traverse Bay, this two-bedroom, two-bath lake villa — plus a den — is minutes from everything, a world away from all of it. Inside, you'll find everything you need for a relaxing, easy stay — if you love to cook, the kitchen boasts Corian counters and stainless appliances, and there are plenty of spots to curl up with a book or start a board game, all with lake views. The primary bedroom's bay window seat frames the back trees like a painting.
Ease into the day with an open-water swim or paddleboard as the sun comes up, and end your day with dinner al fresco as the sunset's afterglow reflects on the water. On full moon nights, you have a front-row seat to build a fire and watch the moonrise. This is the kind of place that quietly replenishes you. It's a calm, comfortable escape for families, tucked away from the noise but close enough to walk or bike into town — grab a coffee or lunch around the corner, or set out to explore all the gems Traverse City and “Up North” have to offer. Stays here are offered on a 30-night minimum basis.
What's Included
Inside the Villa
Furnishings are thoughtfully curated for a calm and cozy stay and are brand new as of August 2026 — the whole house was freshly painted the same month.
The primary bedroom offers a king bed and a walk-in closet, while the second bedroom sleeps 4 with a pair of queen beds and closet space of its own. The den flexes with you: it's a cozy TV room by day, and converts to a third sleeping area at night with a queen sleeper sofa and a privacy divider.
The living room is spacious, with a dedicated work nook and plenty of toys and games for the whole family. Just off it, the sunroom is the real showpiece — panoramic lake views by day, and a wood-burning stove that keeps things cozy through the winter months.
The dining room seats 6 to 8 at one large table and opens seamlessly onto the living space inside and the covered patio outside — perfect for a cozy dinner in, or a long, unhurried meal al fresco.
Step outside to a covered patio with a sitting area and a dining table under the pergola, plus an open, unobstructed front and back yard made for lawn games.
Across the street, 66 feet of private beach is yours to enjoy — build sandcastles, light a campfire, hunt for Petoskey stones, or take a dip in the clear, calm water.
